Harwich Port H&C Replaced Our Central AC
Harwich Port H&C just replaced our central AC with a heat pump. They seem to be a fairly large company by Cape Cod standards, with a good blend of seasoned professionals but with plenty of young people as well. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and capable; they took care when it was necessary to go through the house (much appreciated, as we had a historic snowstorm the night before they started), and except for some problems caused by the storm they were right on time and on schedule. Their pricing was very competitive. They communicated well, except the voicemail may not work right; just call back a bit later. The office is staffed during business hours except maybe around lunchtime.
