Unlike my air conditioner experience in August (which still hasn’t been resolved), the furnace experience was excellent! The technician was super and didn’t lie to me as the air conditioner technician did. He was on time; he explained the problem, which I asked him a couple of questions about. As an aside, I wonder, when we had a check on all our “stuff” last spring, why we had both the furnace and air conditioning fail within six months. I’d love an answer to that question when you have a chance. But, as for today, both the technician and the trainee were great, personable, and efficient! Thank you!
