In General I Have Had First Class Service
In general I have had first class service.
Over the years we have only had one small glitch of which I have not yet informed them. They provided me with condenser covers, but unfortunately one of them stops 6 inches short of the ground, letting in dirt when it rains hard.
Maybe this review will call them into action.

HVAC Annual Preventative Maintenance: The technicians came on time, neatly dressed, and polite. They reviewed what work they would be doing and the approximate amount of time that should take. When done, they told me what they found and what they did about it: replaced one filter and cleaned the second one; reminded me of the age of the unit and discussed what some replacement options might be in the future. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed.
