A follow-up visit was scheduled due to a zone damper failure. Austin and Chris were thorough and precise with the job. The new small door in my wall above the circuit breakers looks like it was always there; it does not stand out at all! Excellent job, and they cleaned up after cutting into plaster! Great Job and Quick Turnaround
I needed a quick turnaround on my house to winterize it to prevent freezing pipes. Normally, this would be done in the late fall, but I needed them to come at the end of January when there was a lot of snow on the ground. They came very quickly and did a great job. I can’t say enough about our service experience with HPHC. Especially our technician Daniel!! We have an old, some may say ancient, unit that is notoriously difficult to service. On top of that, our heat wasn’t working at all! After coming across every possible curveball our furnace could have thrown at him, Daniel got us up and running… only for the control board to go 5 min later. (Did I mention our furnace is old and temperamental? 😬) Daniel was so attentive and thoughtful. He was concerned about keeping the house warm for my 1 yr old and was able to temporarily fix it for the night and came back FIRST thing the next morning with a new control panel. He likely went out of his way to start his day particularly early so we were all taken care of. Now we are warm and cozy and very, very grateful to Daniel and HPHC!
