The team at Harwich Heating & Cooling are exceptionally professional in every aspect of the business.
I come from a background in niche sales and have high expectations regarding how I will be treated, as I was held to incredibly painful high standards.
I am writing this review—which I rarely do—because of the nature of my appreciation for a group of people who work so consistently hard.
Living on Cape, I have found that it is sometimes difficult to find a company that is consistently running at top-tier performance.
They excel in every area, including administrative and sales attitude, efficiency, and scheduling issues that I may come to them with. The response from the office is always immediate.
The staff also attempts to get me in earlier if possible, and I know that I am being taken care of. Any issue I might have is always answered immediately with tact. And someone always answers the phone.
Additionally, I have consistently been impressed by the articulate nature of the maintenance technicians who spend time in my house maintaining my splits, which work flawlessly year round. This service is especially appreciated. In total, the customer service is the best I’ve had on Cape Cod since moving here permanently 10 years ago.
I can be a very tough customer to please as far as the nature of my expectations, and HH&C take care of everything every time. I’ve been working with them since 2020 and will continue to do so with trust and respect.

This was a complicated issue with a mini-split running off a heat pump that HPH&C didn’t install. First two techs were stumped and ordered a part that turned out to be unnecessary. Overall, an excellent job
Harwich Port Heating and Cooling just installed 6 mini splits in our Truro home. They were there for 5 days as promised. Bill did the majority of the installation with his assistant Alex. He did a great job and was very thoughtful about running the exterior lines and line hide. There was one challenging installation through an interior wall and closet which was done carefully and aesthetically. Overall, an excellent job. We are using the system for heating this winter and look forward to the AC next summer.

Harwich Port Stepped Up
Harwich Port Heating and Cooling installed a mini-split HVAC system in my house about 2 years ago. The pipe set used in the system failed, causing all the refrigerant to leak out. The problem was caused purely by the manufacturer's faulty/poor product, NOT Harwich Port H&C. Nonetheless, Harwich Port stepped up and replaced the pipe set at their cost. Their staff is always polite, punctual, and professional. Special thanks to Service Manager John Willey, a true professional. 10/10 would use their services again or happily recommend them.
