Announcement to Our Valued Customers on COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,

During this time, our priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and our customers. Our hearts are with you if the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected you. Our hearts are also with the many places around the world that are attempting to slow its spread.

We are watching for developments about COVID-19. This includes information and guidelines by healthcare authorities around the globe. We are operating and maintaining normal operations.

Following CDC guidelines, we have implemented preventative measures. These will help to reduce the chance of infection. We are using the following precautions to protect our staff and our customers.

  • Social distancing with customers when possible.
  • Having employees work from home if they can.
  • Making sure that all staff and technicians stay home if they feel sick.
  • Sanitizing work areas many times per day.
  • Using hand sanitizer and washing hands on a regular basis.

Our team will continue to visit your home for any problems you may have. We will provide estimates, maintenance, and installation work as usual. With the new precautions in place, we will protect you and our staff.
