Lightning strike on the house. Company responded quickly, diagnosed damage to the central air conditioner, ordered parts and repaired in short order. Lightning strike occurred in mid July. Response was awesome. I highly recommend Harwich Port Heating and Cooling.

Harwich Heating and Cooling has come through with its promise to fix my AC unit after an accident. It’s taken 9 months to locate parts, do some carpentry work, and do the installation, but we are finally almost done. Matt Grindel has done his best to keep me informed of the many delays. Once the parts were in hand the crew was able to install the parts in a timely manner. Have been impressed with the tech crews who have been doing the work. Daniel and Austin were prompt, polite, very professional, and efficient. Phone calls are work related only. Electricians were of the same work ethic. My thanks also to Denise Balboa, who relayed messages and directed calls.
