Burnham's Freedom CM boilers are high efficiency condensing boilers with AFUEs up to 95+%. The Freedom CM offers a sleek appearance on the outside and a cast aluminum monoblock heat exchanger on the inside. This design allows the Freedom to be hung on a wall which conserves valuable floor space, and provides an attractive appearance which makes it look quite good doing so. An optional base is available to convert the Freedom to a floor-standing configuration.

Freedom CM boilers are available for either natural gas or propane installations. These boilers are designed for use with state-of-the-art polypropylene concentric venting that is included with every Freedom CM boiler. The Freedom CM comes in three sizes and operates with a fully modulating digital control system. The control system continuously monitors and optimizes boiler operation for maximum efficiency and comfort, and comes standard on every Freedom CM model. The Freedom CM boiler also comes with a standard indoor/outdoor reset.
